The SG series tunnel type hot air oven has the characteristics of large loading capacity and simple operation. It is mainly suitable for drying agricultural and sideline products such as dehydrated vegetables and fruits, as well as drying and calcining wooden materials, ceramic products, and various granular materials that require a long drying time.
Equipment features:
1. Users can choose between vertical or horizontal circulation drying methods based on material characteristics to improve efficiency and product quality;
2. Centralized heating can be used, which is more conducive to connecting heat sources such as coal-fired, oil fired, and gas-fired hot air stoves and thermal oil stoves, making it convenient for users to produce and use.
3. According to user needs, manual or mechanical feeding and discharging can be used.
Process flow:
After the materials are loaded into the tray, the tray and cart enter the entrance of the tunnel oven, and are carried into the tunnel by the transmission mechanism. The speed of the oven cart can be adjusted; Cold air enters the centrifugal fan through the fresh air supplement port, is heated by a finned heat exchanger, and is sent into the tunnel box to fully contact with the wet material for heat exchange. The moisture in the material is evaporated into water vapor, which enters the air duct on the side of the box together with the hot air. Part of the wet air is discharged through the dehumidification port, and the other part is sucked in by the centrifugal fan and recycled; Due to the varying moisture content of the materials in each unit, the ratio of moisture discharge to circulating air volume also differs for each unit; During the entire drying process, the temperature of the hot air is also different; The moisture content of the material in the early stage of drying is relatively high, and a higher hot air temperature can be used; The moisture content of the material in the later stage of drying is relatively low, and a lower hot air temperature can be used.
