1. Overview:

2.1 Efficient and energy-saving
During the heating process of a floating coil heat exchanger, the centrifugal force generated by the heat medium flowing inside its heat exchange tubes causes high-frequency vibration in the coil, which expands and contracts freely with changes in water temperature, causing disturbance to the heated water medium, disrupting laminar heat transfer, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency, and reducing shell heat loss.
2.2 Unique automatic descaling function
During the heating operation of a floating coil heat exchanger, the frequent vibration of its spiral floating coil and its free expansion and contraction with changes in water temperature make it difficult for scale to adhere to the outside of the coil. At the same time, the thermal shock method is still used to completely eliminate a small portion of the possible attachments, so there is no need to implement specialized descaling measures and corresponding descaling devices, ensuring its relative heat transfer efficiency in the long run. Even if the scale formed on the outside of the coil will automatically fall off and deposit at the bottom of the heat exchanger, regular drainage can be carried out according to the water quality.
2.3 Reasonable structural design
The internal coils of the floating coil heat exchanger are separated, making equipment maintenance convenient, occupying a small area, and the layout of the machine room convenient. The device has a compact structure that effectively utilizes space, occupies a small area, and is easy to move and install.
2.4 Advanced Materials
The internal coil of the equipment is made of high-quality copper tube, and the shell can be made of carbon steel lined with copper or stainless steel material to ensure the cleanliness of the water quality of the heated water inside the product.
