1、 Overview

The SFJL-HG1000 on-site calibrator for welding machines (hereinafter referred to as the calibrator) is a calibration device designed for calibrating various current and voltage meters used in welding machines. Generally, welding machines work in high current states, and the disassembly and assembly of voltage or current meters are complex. The accuracy of the welding machine indicator directly affects the welding quality, so the calibration of voltage and current meters is very important. Our company has designed a calibration instrument specifically for welding machines, which can measure a maximum AC/DC current of 1000 amperes and AC/DC voltage of 400 volts. It does not require disassembly of the welding machine instrument and can be directly inspected on site. The accuracy and stability are very high, and it is very safe and convenient to use. It is an ideal calibration equipment for welding machines.

2、 Technical features

2.1 This calibration instrument is a six and a half position display, high stability, safety, and reliable on-site measuring instrument. It adopts LCD color LCD screen digital display and can display AC/DC current, voltage, gear, output value, etc. on the same screen.

2.2 This calibrator adopts advanced circuits and high-precision integrated circuit chips specifically designed for instrumentation, ensuring the measurement accuracy and reliability of the calibrator.

2.3 The measurement range of this calibrator is wide, especially when high current input occurs, the instrument will generate heat, so material selection is very important. Our company has adopted imported samplers from abroad, and the thermal stability of this instrument is very good at high current.

2.4 This calibration instrument adopts various software and hardware anti-interference measures and digital compensation technology, which ensures that the instrument is not affected by harsh environments when used on site.

2.5 This calibrator can perform online on-site calibration of voltmeters or ammeters on welding machines below level 0.2. It is lightweight and easy to carry.
