The Tianmu brand SDLB-9 (intelligent) leakage relay is combined with AC contactors or circuit breakers to form a leakage protection device. It is mainly used to protect the circuit from ground faults, prevent equipment accidents or electrical fires caused by them, and can also be used to provide indirect contact protection for personal electric shock hazards. This product is suitable for 380/220V low-voltage distribution systems with a neutral point directly grounded.

In response to the current situation, although the power grid has been renovated, there are many misoperations in the overall protection of the lines, which seriously affect the reliability of weed control. After several years of research, Guodian Corporation has concluded that the original DZ/T499-92 "Technical Regulations for Rural Low Voltage Electricity" is no longer suitable for the actual situation after the network reform and has terminated its use. In the latest release of DZ/T499-2001 "Technical Regulations for Low Voltage Power in Rural Areas" 5.6.3, it is stipulated that "rural power grids implement two-level and three-level protection. To ensure the selectivity of the protector action (not exceeding the level of tripping), the total protection and intermediate protection must use delay type residual action current protectors". This product is developed based on this new requirement.

This product has passed the appraisal of Zhejiang provincial scientific and technological achievements, and is a new product of Zhejiang province. It has obtained a national patent, and the People's Insurance Company of China undertakes product quality liability insurance.

1.5 Leakage relays should be installed in a dry, ventilated, dust-free, and harmless gas free place, away from magnetic fields and vibrations. They should be vertically fixed on the distribution box or wall for easy operation


2. Usage method

2.1 Power transmission: Close the power switch of the leakage relay, the power indicator light is on, the trip indicator light is not on, and the protector is closed normally.

2.2 Press the test button corresponding to the set gear, and the relay will trip with the trip indicator light on. After 20-60 seconds, it will automatically close and the trip indicator light will turn off.

2.3 After the leakage relay trips, it should automatically close after a delay of 20-60 seconds. If it needs to be closed immediately, the reset button can be pressed, and the relay can be closed immediately (if it has already tripped and locked, pressing this button cannot close the relay)

2.4 According to the magnitude of the leakage current in the circuit, the protector automatically sets the operating current values to levels I, II, and III, corresponding to the remaining operating values of 75mA, 150mA, 300mA, 100mA, 200mA, and 150mA. Taking this level as an example, when the leakage current in the circuit is less than 75mA, the operating value is automatically set to level I; when the leakage current in the circuit is greater than 75mA and less than 150mA, the operating value is automatically set to level II; and when the leakage current in the circuit is greater than 150mA, the operating value is automatically set to level III.

After the 2.5 leakage relay trips and locks, the power switch of the leakage protector needs to be turned off, and after 5 seconds, it can be closed again for power transmission.


3. Precautions

3.1 The product has no effect on electric shock and leakage between the protected phases and between the phases and the neutral wire, and does not have short-circuit protection function.

3.2 The neutral grounding wire of the transformer must be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance should generally not be less than 4.

3.3. The protected lines should all pass through the transformer in the same direction, and should not be less, more, or reversed. The neutral wire after passing through the transformer should not be grounded repeatedly.

3.4 The zero sequence current transformer should be kept away from strong magnetic field interference sources such as power transformers and high current busbars, with a minimum distance of 25cm above and below, left and right, and front and back.

3.5 If a fault occurs, it should be promptly eliminated, and the leakage relay should not be shut down to avoid losing its protective function.

When the relay is in normal use, it should be tested to trip at least once a month. After closing for 5 seconds, the test button should be pressed again, and there is no limit on the number of reclosing times.

5. Precautions

5.2. The neutral grounding wire of the transformer must be reliably grounded. When the transformer is below 100KVA, the grounding resistance should generally not exceed 10 Ω. When the transformer is above 100KVA, the grounding resistance should not exceed 4 Ω.

5.3. The protected lines should all pass through the transformer in the same direction, and should not be less, more, or reversed. The neutral wire after passing through the transformer should not be grounded repeatedly.

5.4. The zero sequence current transformer should be kept away from strong magnetic field interference sources such as power transformers and high current busbars, with a minimum distance of 25cm above and below, left and right, and front and back.

5.5. In the event of a malfunction, it should be promptly resolved, and the leakage relay should not be shut down to avoid losing its protective function.
