SBW □ Integrated Temperature Transmitter with Thermocouple and Resistance
OverviewSWB □ Integrated Temperature Transmitter with Thermocouple/Thermistor (hereinafter referred to as the transmitter) is a type of instrument in the DDZ-S series, which can directly replace the DDZ-III temperature transmitter. The transmitter mainly consists of a temperature sensor (thermocouple or thermistor) and a two-wire temperature transmission module. The display product also includes a current display meter. The transmitter can be installed directly in the junction box of the sensor or near the sensor site (wall mounted). Widely used in industries and scientific research fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electromechanical, power, aviation, food processing, medical engineering, etc.
Transmission characteristics:
1. Wide operating temperature range, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and low static power consumption, safe and reliable;
2. Adopting a two-wire transmission system, with a large signal output of 4-20mA, strong anti-interference ability, and long transmission distance;
3. Equipped with cold end compensation and nonlinear correction, the output signal is linearly related to the measured temperature;
4. It can directly display the measured temperature on site with a display head, and can be used in conjunction with secondary instruments or directly input into a computer control system.
