precautions

1、 Quality of waterproof base surface

1. The waterproof base surface (leveling layer) must be hard, flat, dry, clean, and free of sand and sharp objects.

If there are defects in the waterproof base surface, it should be repaired before waterproofing, and a base treatment agent must be applied.

3. The waterproof base should not have ice, snow, or accumulated water.

2、 Construction quality

1. Fully bonded to prevent wrinkles or hollowing; Attention should be paid to the non bonded areas during semi bonding, and excessive heat should be applied to ensure that the roll material is tightly adhered to the base surface. Pay attention to the surrounding bonding and apply pressure to the load.

2. For hot melt bonding, the use of fire should be moderate, and the surface of the coil should not be blackened. Slow burning should be avoided.

3. During winter construction, choose products with low-temperature flexibility of the coil material that is 10 ℃ lower than the temperature during construction, and store the coil material in a workplace with an O0 ℃ temperature. Before use, move it to the site and prevent it from being thrown or dropped during transportation.

storage and transportation

During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and not mixed together. Avoid direct sunlight and rain, and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃ and should be stored vertically, with a height not exceeding two layers.

When transported by ship or train, the rolls must be placed upright, with a stacking height not exceeding two layers. Prevent tilting or lateral pressure, and cover with felt cloth if necessary.

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production.
