1 SBRProcess Introduction
This process involves programmed control of water filling, reaction, sedimentation, drainage and sludge discharge, as well as idle operation5At each stage, achieve biochemical treatment of wastewater.SBRThe reactor can be divided into restricted aeration, unrestricted aeration, and semi restricted aeration3Seed. Restricting aeration means that sewage enters the aeration tank only for mixing without aeration; Unrestricted aeration refers to aeration at the water inlet; Half restricted aeration refers to the process where sewage enters and begins to be aerated in the middle stage. During the reaction stage, aeration can be maintained throughout. For biological denitrification, aeration can be followed by agitation, or aeration and agitation can be alternated; The remaining sludge can be discharged during the idle stage, as well as during the inflow stage or later stages of the reaction stage.
2、 SBR Process Description
The mixed wastewater flows into the collection well through the sewage pipe, and after removing large solid particles from the wastewater through a mechanical coarse grid, enterRegulating pool. Lift from the regulating pool toSBRPool,SBRDischarged supernatantwater outletAfter disinfection treatment, it flows into the sewage pipeline and enters the pipe network.SBRThe remaining sludge generated is further concentrated in the sludge concentration tank after being coagulated by adding chemicals, and the concentrated sludge is pumped into the sludge storage tankThe sludge is regularly transported outside. The clear liquid and compressed liquid from the sludge concentration tank return to the collection well and enter the biochemical system for further treatment.
3、 System startup
The sewage biological treatment system is different from general equipment operation. When the system is just established or needs to be put back into operation after a long period of shutdown, it must be started by the system before it can be put into normal operation. This chapter describes the relevant precautions for system startup to guide operators in using the system equipment correctly.
1Check before system startup The operator should check the following items before starting the system:
(1)Have all equipment been lubricated.
(2)Check if all pipelines and valves are connected properly.
(3)Confirm the power and water supply system, andMCCPlace all switches on the board in the on position.
(4)Check the chemical agents in the medicine tank.
(5)checkPLCThe program time setting.
(6)Refer again to the report of the single machine test drive.
2sludge culture The first step in starting a biological treatment system is to cultivate a sufficient population of bacteria(sludge)And it should be domesticated in order to effectively treat wastewater. Before the sludge adapts to the nature of wastewater and the quantity is insufficient to decompose organic pollutants in wastewater, the treated effluent often cannot meet the design discharge standards. Therefore, the primary step in starting a biological treatment system is to achieve the design requirements for sludge quantity in the shortest possible time. Although appropriate bacterial populations can naturally grow and increase in quantity in wastewater, it usually takes a considerable amount of time. Therefore, depending on the actual situation, it can be cultivated directly by entering the wastewater or directly from other wastewater treatment plants“vaccinate”The conversion of sludge to a new system is an excellent method to effectively shorten the sludge cultivation time. During the trial operation phase, the amount and quality of sewage entering the treatment plant cannot meet the design requirements. Therefore, during this period, it should be sufficient to cultivate the biofilm in the system.
During the sludge inoculation stage, the system control should be set at“manual”All equipment, except for the aeration system, should be turned off to prevent sludge discharge and affect the biomass of the system. The following are the operational steps for two vaccination methods:
Natural vaccination initiation The process of cultivating sludge involves the gradual and spontaneous generation of microbial communities through normal treatment of organic matter and bacterial strains present in the original wastewater. As more and more domestic sewage enters, the biological treatment systemMLSSIt will gradually increase, and when the accumulation of sludge reaches a certain amount, the sludge cultivation process is completed. At this point, the biological system can accept incoming water that meets the design requirements and meet the design treatment requirements. Once abnormal situations occur during the sludge cultivation process, operators must take necessary contingency measures, as detailed in the emergency measures section. However, before taking action, efforts should be made to identify the cause and notifyIThe company provides technical assistance.
artificial inoculation When the equipment cannot withstand long-term cultivation of sufficient sludge due to other reasons, manual inoculation and membrane hanging methods are required. The usual approach is to directly implant concentrated sludge from other sewage treatment plants into this sewage treatment device through sanitation tankers and activate it. The activation method can use closed aeration, which means that the equipment does not accept or discharge sewage. After the biofilm formation is basically completed, the sludge domestication process can be completed by gradually increasing the inflow in batches with small amounts of water until the amount of sewage entering reaches the design requirements.
In order to effectively understand the growth and treatment of the system during the early stage of vaccination and cultivation, necessary observations and tests can be taken to facilitate timely adjustment measures. The necessary testing items in the initial stage include(optional):COD,PHTemperature, overallN, overallPandMLSSDissolved oxygenAllObservation records of sludge.
In the initial stage of vaccination, the gas lift valve for sludge to the sludge tank should be closed and sludge cannot be discharged!!
