1、 Overview:

2、 Purpose:
This product is a corrosion-resistant liquid ring titanium vacuum pump developed by our company, which has been widely used in the vacuum dechlorination section of the ion exchange membrane caustic soda industry. This series of vacuum pumps has been used by many manufacturers across the country and has received high praise from users in the ion exchange membrane industry. With the changes in the chlor alkali industry process, it is required that the chlorine gas from the separator be directly merged into the main pipeline for transporting chlorine gas. This requires the outlet pressure of the vacuum pump to reach 0.04-0.5MPa and the suction absolute pressure to be lower than 200mbar. And the vacuum pump produced by our company adopts Siemens technology, with a suction absolute pressure of less than 160mbar, far exceeding this requirement.
