1. Using an S-shaped feeding system, the material leveled by the leveling device is fed into the subsequent feeding machine through the feeding system. During this process, a photoelectric switch is used to detect insufficient or excessive discharge of the leveled material, greatly saving waiting space. Cooperate with the frequency converter to adjust the leveling speed and achieve complete synchronization with the punching machine for production.
2. Mainly used in conjunction with dual head material racks and gear feeders, it can fully match the performance of high-speed punching machines. It can punch EI sheets, Mazda fixed rotors, and silicon steel sheets at a speed of up to 60m/min, with fast speed, high stability, and large savings in waiting space, achieving the goal of fully synchronized discharge with the punching machine.
3. The leveling roller adopts ￠ 32mm, 15 leveling rollers, and is made of imported bearing steel. After heat treatment with HRC60 °, the surface is plated with hard chromium and then ground. It has high hardness, wear resistance, long service life, and ensures high precision of leveling.
