Product Introduction
This series of rubber stopper sterilization ovens is divided into two types: ordinary type and self-cleaning high-efficiency type. The self-cleaning high-efficiency type oven adopts the principle of top feeding and side return air. Under the action of an axial flow fan, hot air is sent from the top through a high-temperature high-efficiency filter into the box, and then returned through both sides. A regular rubber stopper sterilization oven is a centrifugal fan that sends hot air into the box from both sides through the bottom and returns from the top. It is mainly used for sterilizing and drying rubber plugs, and is also a supporting product for rubber plug rinsing machines. It can also be used for drying and sterilizing disposable rubber plugs.
Material and Structure
1. The oven is made of 304-2B stainless steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm inside and 1.2mm outside, and comes with a material warranty certificate.
2. One high-efficiency filter is installed at each inlet and outlet, and one electric air damper is installed at the outlet. When the oven rises to 80 ℃, it is timed to release moisture for 20 minutes (the above two numbers can be set according to user requirements), and then closed and interlocked with the fan at the inlet.
3. The air circulation of the oven adopts a stainless steel centrifugal fan with a vertical laminar flow direction.
4. The oven automatically enters a constant temperature when it reaches the set temperature, and then enters a cooling state after stopping. The cooling fan automatically shuts down when it reaches the set temperature. The working procedure of the oven is: startup, temperature rise, dehumidification, temperature rise, constant temperature rise, temperature drop, shutdown, etc. It operates automatically
5. The oven has an adjustable timed constant temperature device when reaching the set temperature. When cooling down, the blower works and the dehumidification port opens. When the temperature drops to the set value, the power is cut off and the dehumidification port automatically closes.
6. The opening method of the oven is a split type and equipped with an interlocking device.
7. The workspace is partially made with circular arcs and welded using argon arc welding, with a smooth and even welding surface.

1. The electrical control cabinet of the oven is an integrated mechanical and electrical system.
2. The temperature control of the oven adopts advanced intelligent instruments with adjustment and electrical mutual control in the heating circuit.
3. The oven is equipped with a 2GU drive to ensure accurate recording of the heating, constant temperature, cooling, and other processes for user record keeping.
4. The overall control program of the oven is automatic control.
