Product Usage: The biggest advantage of rubber PTFE composite gasket compared to other PTFE coated gaskets is the use of a special melt bonding process to tightly fuse PTFE plastic with synthetic rubber, resulting in excellent overall composite performance. This product has excellent corrosion resistance, non toxicity, anti adhesion, as well as good elasticity and sealing performance.
Operating pressure: PN ≤ 25bar, operating temperature: ≤ 150oC
PTFE rubber composite gasket is made of high-grade EPDM ternary ethylene propylene rubber or NBR nitrile rubber as the main body, and is compounded with a 100% pure PTFE shell that has been specially activated in its effective sealing area.
The product reduces the cold flow of the gasket and increases its resistance to blow out, making the gasket have good rigidity, strength, compression, rebound, and compensation, which can meet high pressure and harsh working conditions.
