Rotating large capacity shaker, large capacity oscillatorTechnical indicators:
Oscillation mode: cyclotron oscillation
Speed range: Start to 260r/min
Amplitude: 20mm
Bottled quantity: 500ml x 30
Power supply: AC 220V 50Hz
Working size: 700 × 620mm
instructions:
Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.
Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the smallest position
4. Filling of culture test bottles: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.
Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the smallest position, the timer must be set to "zero", the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets, dirt, or other debris falling onto the motor and control components; Check fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
3. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium base) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
4. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. If abnormal noise is found in the motor of the instrument after one year of use; The bearings in the transmission part are worn, and the belt is loose or cracked; We will continue to provide high-quality services and assist in handling faults such as electronic control component failure.
