1. Vertical mold locking and vertical injection molding are suitable for plastic product molding with embedded parts and multi-purpose injection molding processes. The dual station (or three station) disc design can improve production efficiency by 30% -50%. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the production of large-scale products with long cooling and shaping time or requiring more auxiliary time due to the placement of inserts.
