The rolling cutter granulator consists of a base, left and right wall panels, an electric motor, a transmission device, a pressing roller, a rolling cutter (cutting blade), a fixed blade (granulator) and other components. The left and right wall panels are placed on the upper transmission device of the base, and the pressing roller, rolling cutter, and fixed knife are installed in the wall panels. The motor is installed inside the base. Composed of pulleys, sprockets, and a series of gears, it transmits the rotation of the motor to the pressing roller, rolling cutter, and completes various actions.

The rolling cutter on the tool holder shaft is equipped with a bottom cutter between the left and right wall panels. The rolling cutter and the bottom cutter form a set of scissors to cut the plastic strip into particles of a certain size. The position of the rolling cutter on the tool holder axis can be adjusted and tightened by screws, which can adjust the gap between the bottom blade and the rolling cutter. The gap must be adjusted to be qualified, usually 0.1mm, otherwise the cutting will not be sharp, affecting the appearance of the plastic particles, and in severe cases, the plastic strip will not be cut. When adjusting the rolling cutter blade, the gap between it and the bottom blade edge must be uniform and consistent. After adjusting appropriately, the fastening screws and locking nuts must be tightened to prevent loosening and accidents.

Pressure roller: composed of two upper and lower pressure rollers, installed between the rolling cutter and the bottom cutter. Springs and guide columns are installed at both ends of the upper pressure roller, which can move up and down along the sliding columns on the left and right wall panels to adapt to the feeding of plastic sheets of different thicknesses and maintain a certain degree of compression force. Its function is to feed the plastic strip cut from the rolling cutter into the rolling cutter for cutting.
