working principle: The system consists of an electrostatic generator and one or more electrostatic generating rods. The electrostatic generator generates 30kV DC electricity. The static electricity generating rod emits current to form ions. The material becomes charged after ionization and has the same polarity as the electrostatic generator on one side of the electrostatic generating rod, forming a mirror charge with the opposite side of the earth. Non conductive materials prevent the combination of these two charges - this is the reason for adsorption formation. If the material is a good non-conductive material, such as plastic film, its adhesion will be strong. If the material has a certain degree of conductivity, such as paper, more current will pass through the material, and the adhesive force will be weakened. Application: Electrostatic generators can greatly improve productivity in industrial applications, including the adsorption of steel plate liners, plastic strips, bag making, packaging machines, and various other processes that require temporary adsorption.
