1、 System Overview
The pavement quality monitoring system installs communication modules, display modules, main control modules, GPS positioning modules, etc. on the paving machine to achieve real-time monitoring of the construction quality of asphalt pavement throughout the entire process through a navigation tablet. At the same time, the monitoring data is automatically collected, uploaded and saved to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the collected data.

2、 System principle
Digitize the paver by installing GNSS centimeter level positioning system, temperature sensor, tablet computer, industrial control system and other components without damaging the machine. Relying on ground satellite reference stations to provide high-precision differential data, the system monitors quality data such as paving temperature and speed in real time. The paving and rolling backend interface records and stores all data during the construction process, providing paving temperature cloud maps, position, speed fluctuations, and other data, and providing data support for quality traceability.
