After preheating, the raw material liquid enters the heater tube from the bottom of the evaporator, and the heated steam condenses outside the tube. When the raw material liquid is heated, it boils and vaporizes, generating secondary steam that rises at high speed inside the tube, driving the liquid to form a film and flow upward along the inner wall of the tube, continuously evaporating and vaporizing, accelerating the flow. The gas-liquid mixture enters the separator and separates, and the concentrated finished liquid is released from the bottom of the separator.
