High purity water in the chemical industry is mainly used for solvent purification in the battery industry, chemical analysis, chemical materials, product cleaning, material separation, concentration, purification, waste recycling, and other applications. The water quality requirements are relatively low, and the conductivity of pure water from 0.1uS/cm-20uS/cm can basically meet the requirements. Our company can adopt different combinations of ultra pure water production processes such as reverse osmosis, ion exchange, EDI, etc. according to the specific requirements of customers for water quality, to produce pure water equipment that is both economical and practical, and can meet customer requirements.
The traditional preparation process for ultrapure water usually uses ion exchange resin, but the use of ion exchange resin usually requires frequent resin regeneration, which consumes both material and manual resources. After years of practice and combined with newer membrane separation technologies, our company often uses a combination of reverse osmosis and ion exchange system (or EDI) to prepare ultrapure water. This process has the advantage of low operating costs compared to traditional processes (the regeneration cycle of ion exchangers is greatly extended) and reliable operation. Compared with newer processes, it has the advantages of low cost and easy availability of consumables. The reverse osmosis process technology is advanced and reliable.
