Reverse osmosis equipment
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology that uses pressure as a driving force to selectively pass through (semi permeable) membranes. When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the inlet solution, water molecules continuously pass through the membrane, flow into the central pipe through the water production channel, and then impurities such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc. in the water flow out at one end, which are trapped on the inlet side of the membrane and then flow out at the outlet end of the concentrated water, thus achieving the purpose of separation and purification.brief introduction
Reverse osmosis equipment is used to filter raw water through fine filters, granular activated carbon filters, compressed activated carbon filters, etc., and then pressurize it with a pump. It uses a reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) with a pore size of 1/10000 μ m (equivalent to 1/6000 the size of Escherichia coli and 1/300 the size of a virus) to turn high concentration water into low concentration water. At the same time, it isolates industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and other impurities that are mixed into the water in large quantities, thereby achieving the physical and chemical indicators and hygiene standards specified for drinking. It produces clear to pure water, which is the choice for the human body to supplement high-quality water in a timely manner. Due to the fact that the water purity produced by RO reverse osmosis technology is almost 100% among all water production technologies currently mastered by humans, people refer to this type of water production machine as a reverse osmosis purified water machine.
system composition
pretreatment system
Generally includes raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine, in order to meet the inlet requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be determined according to the specific situation of the raw water.
Reverse osmosis device
It mainly consists of multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane components, membrane shells (pressure vessels), brackets, etc. Its main function is to remove impurities from water and make the effluent meet the requirements for use.
aftertreatment system
It is an additional configuration added when reverse osmosis cannot meet the effluent requirements. It mainly includes one or more equipment such as anion bed, cation bed, mixed bed, sterilization, ultrafiltration, EDI, etc. The post-treatment system can improve the quality of the effluent from reverse osmosis to meet the requirements for use.
Cleaning system
It mainly consists of a cleaning water tank, a cleaning water pump, and a precision filter. When the reverse osmosis system is contaminated and the effluent indicators cannot meet the requirements, it is necessary to clean the reverse osmosis system to restore its effectiveness.
electrical control system
It is used to control the normal operation of the entire reverse osmosis system. Including instrument panel, control panel, various electrical protections, electrical control cabinet, etc.
