Product Introduction

FHG anti fishing grille is a type of interception equipment used in large and medium-sized water supply and drainage projects, typically used as a medium or coarse grille in front of the water source inlet. Widely used for intercepting and clearing large floating objects (such as branches, weeds, broken wood, plastic waste, and household garbage) in municipal sewage, water plants, hydropower stations, water gates, and other water conservancy facilities.

FHGReverse fishing grilleIt consists of a transmission system, frame, rake teeth, traction chain, underwater guide wheel, auxiliary grid, main grid, slag blocking plate, etc. The transmission system drives the rake teeth to rotate up and down along the guide rail through the traction chain. The rake teeth descend from the rear of the grate and run backwards to the front of the grate through the underwater guide wheel at the bottom. From bottom to top, the floating objects blocked by the grate are dragged along the baffle to the slag discharge port and unloaded onto the conveyor belt or garbage truck.

When ordering, the equipment model, channel width B, channel depth H, installation angle, grid height H1, grid gap b, slag outlet height, and other parameters should be specified. If not specified, the slag outlet height should be 750mm, the installation angle should be 75 degrees, and the grid height H1 should be 2000mm when ordering.
Material requirements should be specified when firing
