At the same time, the regulations for surface markings were modified. The overall level of the revised standard has reached a certain level. The adjustment of strength grades will have a positive promoting effect on the promotion and application of high-strength steel bars, as well as on energy conservation and emission reduction; The adjustment of smelting methods provides technical support for cracking down on and banning strip steel; Increasing the requirements for metallographic structure inspection and its supporting inspection methods as the basis for determining hot-rolled steel bars and water penetrating steel bars can effectively avoid using water penetrating steel bars to counterfeit hot-rolled steel bars; Strengthening the regulations on size and weight deviations and clarifying that weight deviations are not allowed to be retested provide important guarantees for further improving product quality.
