Resistive rotary switches have been widely used in industries such as chemical, plastic, cement, pharmaceutical, feed, and food.

The motor drives the blades to rotate. When the measured medium reaches the blade position, the blades are obstructed and stop rotating, thereby triggering the output switch signal of the micro switch behind. When the measured medium descends and leaves the blades, the blades return to their original position and continue to rotate under the action of the spring. The tension of the spring can be adjusted according to the specific gravity of the measured medium. When the specific gravity of the material is high, the spring is adjusted to be strong, and vice versa. Using a micro motor to drive the detection blades to rotate at a speed of 1 or 2.5 revolutions per minute after deceleration. When the level of the tested material rises and the rotation of the blades is hindered, the detection mechanism generates rotational displacement around the main axis. This displacement causes one micro switch to emit a material signal, followed by the action of another micro switch, cutting off the motor power and stopping it. As long as the material level remains unchanged, this state will be maintained indefinitely.
