The RC-1A residual chlorine concentration analyzer is used for online continuous automatic determination of total residual chlorine concentration and free chlorine concentration in water. Using the principle of polarographic measurement, the concentration of residual chlorine is detected by measuring the iodine concentration in water. The polarographic electrode is a tubular solid electrode with opposite polarity. Its characteristic is that the working electrode is stationary, and the measured liquid flows through the electrode surface at a constant speed. Its anode and cathode are very close, so the inter electrode impedance is very small and the sensitivity is high. It is an advanced polarographic measurement electrode suitable for continuous analysis in the line.
The RC-1A residual chlorine concentration analyzer adopts electrolytic calibration method, which eliminates the need for standard water samples during calibration, making it very convenient. At the same time, it has a temperature compensation circuit with a full working temperature range, which precisely compensates for the changes in the measured water temperature caused by the transmitted signal.
The RC-1A residual chlorine concentration analyzer is suitable for water quality monitoring in water plants or monitoring the amount of chlorine added during the water production process. It can also be used for analyzing the total residual chlorine concentration in water in thermal power plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, sewage treatment plants, hospitals, swimming pools, environmental protection and scientific departments.
