The E711 health card reader integrates separate and independent applications of contact and non-contact technologies into the same device and card; It not only supports reading and writing of residents' health card data, but also supports financial IC card functions. It further enhances the concept of "one card for multiple uses" and "one card".
The E711 health card reader terminal has been tested by the relevant testing agency designated by the Office of the Information Technology Leading Group of the Ministry of Health.

Function Description
The E711 card reader has passed the testing with the selected system software platform of the resident health card project, and the terminal can operate the resident health card. The E711 card reader fully supports the business functions included in the upper level software platform.
The E711 card reader supports non-contact and contact IC cards, which can be fully applied to hospitals and other places. It has functions such as reading citizens' medical insurance information, personal medical records, and deducting corresponding fees.
