The new stage adopts a bidirectional track transmission mechanism, which completely solves the safety hazards caused by the protruding transverse guide rails of traditional platforms, and plays an overload protection role at the end of the bidirectional stroke, improving the reliability of the mechanism. High sensitivity coarse fine adjustment coaxial focusing mechanism

It can adjust the weight of the coarse adjustment mechanism by itself and set any position as the upper limit of the coarse adjustment.
