At present, our company needs to apply three major technologies in the ground dust removal station of coke ovens:
1. The coke interception adopts a dry pipe belt trolley, and the furnace top adopts M-pipe gas recovery technology.
2. The coke blocking adopts a dry pipe belt trolley, and the furnace top adopts smoke guiding technology.
3. Pre spray bag filter is adopted, and the furnace top adopts double docking smoke guiding technology.
The above three technologies have been successively applied to 4.3-5.5 meter coke ovens in Handan, Hebei, Xingtai, Wu'an, Alxa Left Banner, Inner Mongolia, Wuhai, Shanxi Xiaoyi, Shizuishan, Ningxia, Liupanshui, Guizhou, Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang.
How to achieve the connection between mobile vehicles and ground dust removal stations in coke ovens, and the airtightness of the dust removal system are the design challenges and difficulties. Our company usually has three methods for connecting mobile vehicles with ground dust removal stations: belt connection, multi valve pipeline connection, and U-shaped water seal connection.
The dust collector scheme for the coking plant involves the work of the coke oven body, coke pusher, coal loader, and ground U-shaped water seal tank. The dust removal process flow is shown in the following figure: coke oven mouth → dust hood → dust removal pipe network → U-shaped water seal tank → dust removal ground station → dust removal fan → chimney → atmosphere. Install a top smoke hood above the side column of the coke oven machine. Before pushing and loading coal, the movable part of the dust hood above the coke oven machine is lifted under the drive of the oil cylinder and closely adheres to the top smoke hood of the coke oven. The windproof covers on both sides rotate at an angle driven by the oil cylinder to achieve sealing between the two sides and the furnace body. The fan of the ground dust removal station is controlled by a frequency converter, which switches from low speed to high speed operation, and then starts to open and close the furnace door, push coke, load coal, etc.
Design of dust collector system for coking plant ground station:
1. This project adopts a set of ground dust removal stations, which can save investment.
To save civil engineering investment, the dust collector should be arranged on the ground, and an electric control room and a fan room should be set up next to the ground dust removal station.
3. The dust collected by the dust removal system does not need to be humidified, and a dust suction port is installed at the ash discharge point to prevent dust from being generated when unloading the ash truck.
4. The dust removal fan is arranged indoors, and the speed control of the dust removal fan adopts the frequency converter speed control method
5. The dust removal system does not have a separate air compressor. The compressed air used for the dust collector is delivered to the boundary of the dust collector by Party A, and a gas storage tank should be installed in the dust removal area.
6. The smoke guide vehicle for coal loading and dust removal is equipped with a waste gas combustion device, and the coke oven gas pipe for waste gas combustion is constructed by our side for the dust removal system.
7. The dust removal system is equipped with spark extinguishing and cooling devices, as well as pre spraying devices.
8. The dust removal system takes measures to prevent the occurrence of bag blockage in the dust collector.
9. Treatment measures for coal loading on the side of the coke oven machine, and the effectiveness of smoke and dust treatment during coke pushing and coal loading.
Principle of Coke Oven Dust Collector:
After the smoke is collected and burned by the smoke collection vehicle, it flows into the dust removal main pipe, and then enters the fire extinguishing cooler for cooling through the dust removal pipeline of the dust removal ground station. It is then purified by a flame retardant pulse dust collector. The smoke is extracted by the dust removal fan, and the standard gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The dust removal system is interlocked with the coal loading vehicle signal. When the coal loading vehicle gives a coal loading signal, the cold air valve closes and the dust removal fan runs at high speed under the action of the hydraulic coupling. After the coal loading stops, the fan runs at low speed under the action of the hydraulic coupling, and the cold air valve opens. The cold air takes away the heat stored in the fire extinguishing cooler. When the coal loading signal is received again, the cold air valve is closed and the fan runs at high speed. This cycle continues, and the dusty gas flows through the dust collector for purification before being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. During low-speed operation of the fan, the pre spraying device sprays the collected coke powder onto the bag of the coal dust collector to prevent the bag from sticking.
