 Our machine tools are developed for metals, and porous components increase efficiency. Using high-speed servo motors to drive high-precision spindles, high-speed drilling is carried out on porous and shallow hole components. Due to the fact that many heat sinks are made of aluminum profiles, the high hardness of the Su Shi rotary head is utilized for drilling, resulting in a much higher shipment rate during component processing.  2030D is a high-precision automatic drilling equipment with an accuracy of about 0.02mm, which is perfect for some enterprises that require high precision workpieces. This type of machine is much more efficient than manual drilling, but its price is much higher than manual drilling.
