1、 The point of RY thermal oil pump:

RY thermal oil pump technology has high efficiency and can operate stably for a long time in a hot state without leakage or additional cooling systems. It has been used in heating systems for heat carriers in China and has entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food. The RY series air-cooled and cooled oil pumps are mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids without solid particles, with a service temperature of ≤ 370 ℃, making it an ideal circulating pump. This pump is applied in industries such as high-temperature shaping of paper lunch boxes, dynamic vulcanization of tires and recycled rubber machinery, flat vulcanization, rubber, drying, feed drying, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, plywood production, waterproofing membrane production, asphalt heating, and noodle drying.

2、 Structural points:

(1) RY thermal oil pump is the second generation product based on the digestion and absorption of foreign oil pumps. The basic structural form is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward. It is installed on the base together with the motor.

(2) The support of the RY type heat transfer oil pump adopts a double end ball bearing structure, with lubricating oil lubrication at the front end and grease lubrication at the rear end. There is a guide oil pipe in the middle for observing the sealing condition and recovering the heat transfer oil at any time.

(3) Adopting a self heating heat dissipation structure, it changes the traditional water cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in size, saving operating costs, good in performance, and easy to use.

(4) The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted. The packing seal uses high-temperature resistant packing with good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy material with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure sealing performance under high temperature conditions.

(5) The use of third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for lip seals has led to a significant improvement in sealing performance, with a 25 fold increase in sealing performance compared to rubber based seals, demonstrating strong performance.

RY thermal oil pump (thermal oil pump | hot oil pump) has a reasonable structure, good performance, and is suitable for use. Suitable for transporting high-temperature liquids without solid particles. The degree and usage temperature depend on the material of the main parts in contact with the medium (divided into three categories: 1. HT200; II.ZG230-450; III.1Cr18Ni9Ti,OCr18Ni12-Mo2Ti)
