Heating solidification, drying and dehydration of materials and products in industries such as raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine, herbal decoctions, extracts, powders, granules, granules, water pills, packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits and vegetables, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry, etc.
Main technical parameters and related explanations of the oven:1. Heating sources include steam, electricity, and far-infrared, with electric steam used on both sides for users to choose from.
2. Usage temperature: Steam heating 50-140 ℃, up to 150 ℃.
3. Electricity usage and far-infrared temperature range from 50 to 300 ℃.
4. The commonly used steam pressure is 0.2-0.8Mpa (2-8KG).
5. There are three types of materials: carbon steel, aluminum plate, and stainless steel.
The hot air circulation oven is equipped with a low-noise and high-temperature resistant axial flow fan and an automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully sealed, which increases the thermal efficiency of the oven from 3-7% in traditional drying rooms to 35-45% currently, with a maximum thermal efficiency of up to 50%. The successful design of CT-C type hot air circulation oven has enabled our factory's hot air circulation oven to reach the advanced level at home and abroad, saving a lot of energy for China and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise. In 1990, the National Medical Administration issued an industry standard with the unified model RXH. Most of the hot air in this machine circulates inside the box, with high thermal efficiency and energy savings. It utilizes forced ventilation and is equipped with adjustable air distribution plates inside the box, ensuring even drying of materials. The heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far-infrared, with a wide range of options. The whole machine has low noise, smooth operation, temperature self-control, easy installation and maintenance, and a wide range of applications. It can dry various materials and is a universal drying equipment. |
