ADM-2740 is a photoelectric isolation converter designed specifically for industrial automation communication, which converts RS-232 interface signals into RS-485 signals; Supports RS-232 to 2-channel RS-485 conversion, with RS-232 port capable of connecting to the master station and 2 RS-485 ports capable of connecting to multiple slave stations.ADM-2740Supports a transmission rate of up to 115.2Kbps, with an RS-485 interface using optoelectronic isolation technology and a 600W lightning surge protection circuit, providing an isolation voltage of 1.5KV to effectively suppress lightning and ESD protection.The discrimination circuit used in the RS-485 working mode can automatically sense the direction of data flow and automatically switch to enable the control circuit, easily solving the problem of RS-485 transceiver conversion delay. The RS-485 interface has a transmission distance greater than 1000 meters and stable performance.
