1. Open the packaging box, remove the condenser tube, and insert one end of the frosted mouth into the bottom horizontal flask in order.

2. The length of the 46 * 9 latex tube (polyethylene hose, silicone tube, rubber tube, etc.) depends on the distance. Refer to the schematic diagram to connect the rubber pipe (with or without a cover), connect the condensate pipe to the outlet rubber pipe, and lead it to the water tank for drainage. Install a tap on the inlet pipe.

3. Connect the three distilled water outlet pipes (the group in front of you) to the ethylene plastic bucket, and insert rubber into the bucket through a circular hole on the plastic cover

2、 Work:

1. Turn on the tap water switch and introduce water into the horizontal flask of the group (inside), filling it halfway until there is water flowing out from the overflow port (control the flow rate with a water stop clamp)

2. Plug in the power supply, turn on the No. 1 power switch, and the work indicator light will be on, indicating that one electric flask is starting to work. Wait for a group of steam water to flow into the two electric flasks to a certain water level (the overflow position in the middle group), then open the inlet valve of the two electric condenser tubes, and wait for the outlet to flow out before turning on the power for secondary distillation to start working. Wait for the second group of distilled water to flow into the third group of flasks (with the previous group reaching a certain water level), turn on the third switch, and start working.

3、 Cleaning:

1. This distiller works for a long time and will produce scale (distilled with deionized water), which can reduce the number of cleaning times. After scaling, 20% HNO3 can be poured into the horizontal flask at the scale site, soaked for four hours and discharged from the drain. Rinse three times with tap water and then rinse three times with deionized water, which can be reused.
