The quantitative skirt belt feeder is a high-tech product that integrates conveying, weighing and measuring, and quantitative control. Capable of adapting to various production environments, continuously feeding and measuring various block, granular materials (such as limestone, iron powder, clay) and powdered materials (such as fly ash, cement), providing accurate measurement data for production control and management in various industrial sites. The machine adopts a whole machine scale frame. The material is fed from the tail receiving section and passes through the weighing section of the scale body under the operation of the belt. The instantaneous weight and running speed of the material are measured by the weighing sensor and the speed sensor respectively, and sent to the weighing controller for processing to obtain the instantaneous flow rate of the material. After software calculation, the PID control signal is output. Through frequency conversion adjustment, the speed of the feeding equipment or batching scale is controlled to achieve the set requirements of the material flow rate.
