1、 Product Overview
QT810 adopts X86 architecture industrial control computer as the hardware platform, software based on Linux, installed with Xenomai real-time enhancement system, and built-in HZPAC programming software compatible with IEC61131-3 runtime.
QT810 is a high-performance PAC controller based on X86 architecture, with a compact size and simple structure. In addition to power, VGA, and USB interfaces, it has two Ethernet interfaces for RJ45 and FireWire ports. LAN0 is the standard Ethernet information interface running TCP/IP protocol, supporting OPCUA, Modbus TCP and other protocols to interconnect with the upper computer. LAN1 is the real-time Ethernet control interface, supporting EtherCAT bus. NCUCIn and Out two FireWire ports can be used as the entrance and exit of EtherCAT slave stations, forming a daisy chain connection to the EtherCAT network. After firmware replacement, this interface can also support the NCUC bus of Huazhong CNC.
