1、 Product Overview of QS Type Water Filled Submersible Electric Pump:
The QS type submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of two main parts: a water pump and an electric motor. The water pump is located at the upper part of the electric pump and has a centrifugal structure. The electric motor is located at the lower part of the electric pump and is a water filled three-phase asynchronous motor. The stator winding and iron core of the water filled electric motor are directly immersed in water, which has good cooling effect and does not produce pollution, thus breaking through the disadvantages of "O" - shaped sealing rings, mechanical seals, etc. leaking into the motor cavity during the operation of other electric pumps, greatly improving the efficiency of the electric pump.
2、 Characteristics and Applications of QS Type Water Filled Submersible Electric Pump
The water filled submersible pump has good cooling effect, does not produce pollution, and improves the efficiency of the water pump.
Due to its special structure, water filled submersible pumps do not cause pollution to the water source during use. Therefore, it is widely used in irrigation and drainage systems for farmland, sprinkler irrigation, underground water lifting, domestic water intake, industrial and civil buildings, as well as water diversion in hilly and mountainous areas, and drainage in low-lying areas.
3、 Scope of use of QS type water filled submersible electric pump
Water filled submersible pumps should be able to operate continuously and normally under the following usage conditions:
1. Before using the water filled submersible pump, loosen the drain bolt and add clean water (tap water or generally clean lake water or river water) from the water inlet to flush the rust water in the motor cavity to extend the service life of the pump. After the clean water flows out of the drain hole, tighten the drain bolt and gently shake it to discharge the air in the winding to ensure that the motor cavity is filled with clean water. Then tighten the drain bolt and check that the insulation resistance is not less than 5 megohms.
2. When the QS type water filled submersible electric pump is not in use, the water inside the motor should be drained and placed in a dry and ventilated place. The above method should be followed for the next use. (FP blocking screw)
3. The working medium is non corrosive clean water, with a sand content volume ratio of no more than 0.10%, a pH value of 6-8.5, and a water temperature not exceeding+40% ℃
4. The electric pump adopts a sliding bearing structure and must be used vertically without tilting
5. Water filled submersible electric pump with a diving depth not exceeding 5m
