QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is a multifunctional product that can transport various media from tap water to industrial liquids, suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges, QDL is suitable for non corrosive liquids, QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is suitable for mildly corrosive liquids.
The main components of QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump, such as impeller, guide vane, pump shaft, and outer cylinder, are made of stainless steel. All overcurrent components of QDL (N) series are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance. They use hard alloy bearings and mechanical seals, and are driven by rigid couplings. They have the characteristics of small volume, light weight, corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, small footprint, long service life, and beautiful appearance, especially high efficiency and energy saving.

4、 QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump application scope:
The regular type is suitable for liquid transmission, circulation and pressurization of hot and cold cleaning water and softened water. QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is also suitable for slightly alkaline water, mineral water, distilled water, swimming pool water, and other chloride containing liquids, but the allowable temperature of the liquid needs to be reduced.

If the pressure of the QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is lower than the vapor pressure of the conveyed liquid, cavitation may occur. To avoid cavitation, ensure that there is a small pressure on the inlet side of the pump, and the large suction stroke H [m] can be calculated according to the following formula: H=Pb×10.2-NPSH-Hf-Hv-Hs
In the formula: Pb=atmospheric pressure [bar] (atmospheric pressure can be set to 1 bar), in a closed system, Pb is the system pressure [bar]. NPSH=net positive suction head [m] (which can be read from the possible high flow rate of the pump on the NPSH curve). Hf=inlet pipeline loss [m]. Hv=vapor pressure [m]. Hs=safety margin=0.5m head less. If the calculated value of H is positive, the QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump can operate under high suction conditions. If the calculated value of H is negative, there must be a small inlet pressure of H for the water head.
