The host adopts a dual axis four-way non gravity mixer. Each time, 1 ton of material can be loaded (slightly different depending on the type of aggregate). The mixing time is 1-2 minutes, and the installed power of the host is 11KW. Ordinary insulation bonding mortar and other products can produce about 8 tons per hour.
The gravity free forced mixer has the advantages of uniform mixing, short mixing time, low output power, no damage, and easy maintenance. The host is equipped with a flying knife device to disperse raw materials such as fibers and rubber powder. Taking anti cracking insulation mortar as an example, during mixing, cement, sand, fibers, etc. are stirred and scattered by the mixing arm, and boil in the silo. The blade flying knife continuously impacts and cuts them, ensuring that the finished product is uniform and takes less time.
