The drying time varies from 10-20 hours depending on the shape, size, and thickness of the material. Adopting low-temperature (drying temperature between 50-75 ℃) drying technology, the dried products have good color and beautiful appearance. 1. Put the processed purple sweet potato material into the conveyor belt for transportation

Working principle
Place the material on the conveyor belt, pass through the material distribution device on the conveyor belt, and lay it flat on the drying machine mesh belt. The material transitions from one layer to the next in the drying machine, and there are guiding and reversing devices between each layer to ensure that the material is fully in contact with the heat carrier; The material flows out from the next layer. The heat carrier is introduced into the dryer by a fan, and the wind speed and pressure generated by the induced draft fan ensure that the heat carrier is fully and evenly distributed at the bottom of the dryer. Due to the lower pressure being greater than the upper pressure, the heat carrier moves upward and passes through each layer of mesh belt, allowing the material to fully contact the heat carrier and improving the drying efficiency.
