The process of producing steel products in a steel plant cannot do without water. Steel production requires a very high level of safe water supply, and some equipment implements three insurances for water supply, such as blast furnace walls, continuous casting crystallizers, and hot rolling heating furnaces. One pump has dual power supply, with one circuit cut off and the other immediately closed for power supply. Two dual power outages occur, and the diesel engine water pump automatically starts, providing instant water supply. The three water systems are connected for water supply. If the diesel engine water pump fails to start automatically within 15 minutes, the water tower can supply water on its own for about 15 minutes, and the diesel engine can be manually started within 15 minutes.
