The single-mode NB water meter solution mainly consists of a low-power NB communication module, power management chip, SIM card, and motor drive chip. The functions of measuring, recharging and deducting fees, valve control, and data uploading of NB water meters are all implemented by the internal CPU of the NB module, which has stronger functions. Due to the lack of MCU in the periphery, only some simple auxiliary circuits for power management are available, effectively reducing power consumption and improving reliability.
Single mode NB water meters implement one meter with multiple APP accounts, ensuring user data security and ease of use. This has changed the traditional way for users to purchase water with a card from the property management department or water resources management department of the community. Users can use a mobile app to achieve real-time water purchase and automatic transmission through the NB module at regular intervals; Support WeChat, Alipay, top up card and other recharge methods. This water meter has IP68 waterproof function and is connected to cloud service system, perfectly adapting to the requirements of the mobile phone era.
In this water meter application, battery power is used with strict requirements for power consumption; And the amount of data transmitted is generally less than 128 bytes, using low-power NB module technology. The battery life can reach 6 years with NB automatic transmission once a day.
1. Main features of the product:
Prepaid function: Users can purchase water before use, and if they owe, the valve will be closed to stop the water supply.
● Support single price setting, guaranteed consumption setting, and tiered price setting.
Mobile APP recharge: Changing the traditional water purchase mode, users can recharge with their mobile phones at home.
● Display synchronization function: The data on the mobile app is synchronized with the mechanical part of the water meter.
● Alarm function: Battery undervoltage, insufficient water usage, strong magnetic interference, and other fault information may cause the valve to close. Login to the mobile app to view the reason for valve closure.
● Scheduled data upload: The NB module can be set to automatically upload and download data when it is turned on at a scheduled time. The upload time parameter can range from 1 hour to 30 days.
Valve self maintenance function: The valve operates once every seven days to promptly remove valve scale and ensure valve flexibility.
● Anti hoarding function: The meter stores the user's water purchase amount to prevent users from hoarding water.
● Convenient battery replacement: The water meter has a specially designed cover for battery replacement, making battery replacement convenient. Batch battery replacement is no longer a problem for water management departments.

2. After downloading the APP, click on the "+" button in the upper right corner of the screen to scan the QR code above the water meter and add the meter. Then, by triggering the magnetic triggering area with a magnet, the instrument information can be synchronized. Then click on 'Local Information' to query cumulative usage, remaining amount, valve status, current price, battery level, recharge records, and usage details.
3. When the device status shows insufficient balance, click recharge to select different amounts for recharging, or choose to recharge with a recharge card. After successful recharge, the watch can be immediately triggered by magnetic force to synchronize the recharge command to the watch or wait until the next time NB actively uploads to send the recharge command to the watch. Click the "+" sign again to add the watch for data update.
