In order to meet the performance and operational requirements of the integrated pumping station, we have designed a dedicated control system for the integrated pumping station. This system has stronger anti blocking, energy-saving, and flexible configuration functions.
anti-clogging
Having flushing and reversing functions is more conducive to cleaning the sludge and debris deposited in the sewage during the operation of the pump station. When abnormal phenomena occur during operation, the dedicated control system will automatically activate this function to prevent blockage and avoid shutdown due to malfunction.
Energy-saving and environmental protection
During the operation of the pump station, the dedicated control system will continuously detect and adjust the operation of the water pump to adapt to real-time working conditions. The operating principle is that the controller receives data from the frequency converter and flow meter (or liquid level gauge), adjusts the water pump speed, and starts the water pump. This method of adjusting the operating efficiency of the water pump based on real-time usage greatly saves the electricity used by the pump station, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Flexible configuration
There is no standard type of dedicated control system for integrated pumping stations, and it is configured according to the actual situation of customers. In addition to controlling the basic functions of the water pump, the dedicated controller can also be configured with additional interfaces to receive and transmit remote control signals. At present, through our dedicated control software, the operation of the pump station can be remotely controlled on both the computer and mobile devices. The setup is quite simple, requiring no further professional knowledge or programming operations.
