Product Introduction

The flame spread tester for protective clothing is developed according to the ISO15025 testing standard and meets the requirements of the combustion characteristics test standard for welding protective gloves in China AQ 6103-2007. The testing principle is to ignite the bottom and edge of the vertically suspended sample with a standard small flame for 10 seconds, test its ignition time, smoldering time, and measure its damage length to evaluate the flame retardant performance of the protective fabric.

• 3. The burner angle is controlled by a stepper motor, which can automatically perform bottom edge ignition and edge ignition;
• 4. The combustion test time can be set to 10 seconds or other times;
• 5. The duration of afterburning and smoldering can be recorded on the LCD display screen.
