1. Plate exposure:The electroplating master plate is made of stainless steel plate that is easy to peel off after plating. After degreasing and cleaning, it is printed with photosensitive adhesive that is resistant to electroplating. After the plate is developed, it is subjected to post exposure treatment to increase the plating resistance of the photosensitive adhesive.
2. Electroforming:Clamp the processed stainless steel plate with images using a specialized fixture and place it in a rapid electroplating nickel bath for electroplating. The time and current of electroplating depend on the area and thickness of the object being cast.
3. Peel off:Wash and dry the cast stainless steel plate, and then use a transfer film to completely peel off the electroplated text and patterns.
4. Glue application:There are two methods:One is to use screen printing method to screen print adhesive onto the back of electroplated text and patterns, and wait for drying before use;The second method is to first print the adhesive onto transfer paper, dry it, and then stick the electroplated text and patterns on the transfer film onto the adhesive film. After pressing, transfer the adhesive film to the back of the electroplated text and patterns.
The above is the general production process of electroplated signs, hoping to help everyone.
