1、 Purpose and scope:
Used to measure and control the total volume of water flowing through the tap water pipeline. This table has the characteristics of high reliability, high accuracy, and low power consumption. All parameters comply with the requirements of the national standard (GB/T778.1-3-2007) and the urban construction industry standard (CJ/T133-2007).
2、 Functional features:
1. Proactively bubble and emit data every 24 hours.
2. Provide multi-channel and multi rate automatic switching, effectively improving system capacity.
3. The TDMA time-division multiple access communication method automatically synchronizes communication time units, which can completely avoid data collisions.
4. Adopting frequency hopping technology to avoid co frequency interference.
5. Three working modes:
LOP1 (Real time remote wake-up, completed in 12 seconds with a battery life of over 8 years)
LOP2 (maximum valve closing response time of 24 hours, valve opening response time of 12 seconds, battery life greater than 10 years)
LOP3 (switch valve response time up to 24 hours, battery life greater than 12 years)
6. Integrated collection, metering, valve control, wireless communication, soft clock, ultra-low power consumption, power management, anti magnetic attack and other functions.
7. Power management function, detecting emission status or control valve voltage and reporting.
8. Magnetic attack detection function generates an alarm flag when detecting malicious magnetic attacks.
9. Support power-off storage function, wireless water meters do not need to reinitialize measurement values after power failure.
10. Support valve control, which can be controlled by commands sent by concentrators and other devices.

4、 Installation:
1The selection of a water meter should be based on the fact that the flow rate of the pipeline used frequently is less than or close to the commonly used flow rate of the water meter, and cannot be determined solely by the diameter of the pipeline.
2The installation location should avoid strong sunlight, freezing, and pollution. During periods of freezing, in addition to wrapping and insulating the water pipes of the water meter, the inlet valve of the water meter should be closed and the outlet valve and faucet should be opened when not in use to prevent the water meter from freezing and cracking.
3The water meter must be installed horizontally with the face up.
4When installing pipelines, it is necessary to wash away stones, mud, hemp fibers, and other debris inside the pipes before installing water meters to avoid water meter malfunctions.
5For accurate measurement, the faucet should be higher than the water meter.
6If the water meter is installed at the inlet pipe of the boiler, a check valve should be installed to prevent hot water from flowing back and damaging the water meter.
7The water meter should not be directly connected to the pipeline. There should be movable interfaces between the water meter and the pipeline (such as pipe joints, connecting screws, connecting gaskets, etc.). When installing a water meter, excessive force caused by pipes and fittings should not be applied to avoid damaging the water meter.
8The water meter must be installed in a place with a floor drain and unobstructed drainage.
5、 Transportation and Storage
1、 Water meter transportation should not be subjected to severe impacts. The water meter should be stored in its original packaging at the ambient temperature of the storage location0℃-60℃ Relative humidity ≤95%There are no corrosive gases in the air.
2Water meters are stored in the warehouse and stacked at a height not exceeding10The stacking height of a single packaged water meter in a box shall not exceed10Only unpacked water meters should not be stored.
6、 Three packs:
Within one year of using our water meter, if the installation is reasonable, the flow rate is normal, and there is any internal component damage or malfunction (except for freezing damage) caused by manufacturing quality, our factory is responsible for repairing and replacing it while ensuring the integrity of the lead seal. (Damage caused by abnormal operation due to human reasons is not within this scope)
7、 Attention:
1User cards should be kept away from high temperature, high humidity, and high magnetic environments
2When there is a malfunction in the electronic part, the reading on the mechanical meter shall prevail
3It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the watch without authorization, otherwise the consequences will be borne by oneself.
