The JB-4C precision roughness meter is a high-precision stylus type surface roughness measuring instrument that can test the roughness of various parts such as flat surfaces, inclined surfaces, outer cylindrical surfaces, inner hole surfaces, deep groove surfaces, circular arc surfaces, and spherical surfaces. It can also measure the shape and contour of surface roughness parameters such as peaks and valleys, as well as the TP step of workpieces. The JB-4C precision roughness meter is easy to use, with high measurement accuracy and stable repeatability. The JB-4C precision roughness meter is equipped with a computer and specialized measurement software. It uses advanced noise free mechanical positioning devices to select different positions of the measured parts, set various measurement lengths for automatic measurement, and evaluate up to 4000 sampled data points within the section. All measurement data and curves can be displayed on the screen or printed out, so they are widely used in various industries such as automotive accessories, mechanical processing, precision cutting tools and molds, scientific research institutions, and colleges and universities. The JB-4C precision roughness tester meets the requirements of national standards GB/T3505-2000, GB/T6062-2001, GB/T10610-1998, as well as international standards ISO5436, ISO11562, and ISO4287.
