This equipment is specialized for the simultaneous forming and processing of pipe fittings, achieving high efficiency, high precision, and low cost. In order to adapt to the different installation conditions of various industries or to save raw materials and reduce production costs, metal pipe fittings are usually designed as double headed direct forming processing. Jinmason has developed a double headed multi station pipe end forming machine that can professionally and quickly form such pipe fittings. This double headed pipe end forming machine is mainly used for the simultaneous forming and processing of double headed pipe fittings. It is a specialized double headed multi station forming equipment for stainless steel straight through three-way and four-way pipe fittings. The double head molding machine can also be combined with other auxiliary facilities to form a production line, such as the fully automatic production line applied to the product shown in the figure below. stem or root of plantsThe production line consists of seven main parts: 1. The equipment can achieve simultaneous molding of both ends of the pipe fittings, and its control system technology is advanced, achieving high efficiency, high precision, and high reliability.

1. It consists of two main parts: an extrusion molding machine and a spinning molding machine.

Both extrusion molding machines and spinning molding machines can be designed with dual heads.

3. The extrusion molding machine has two workstations each with two heads.

4. The spinning forming machine has 2 workstations for each double head.

5. A discharge rack is installed in the front section of the extrusion molding machine, and the operator only needs to discharge the materials in batches to this rack, which is automatically transported by the mechanical conveying device to the clamping part of the extrusion molding machine.

6. The two main forming machine parts are connected by a mechanical conveying device, and the pipe fittings are automatically conveyed to the clamping device of the spinning forming through the conveying device after extrusion forming.

7. An automatic discharge device is installed in the rear section of the spinning forming machine, and the finished workpieces are automatically transported to the turnover box by a mechanical conveying device.

8. The machine is designed horizontally, with the body made of welded steel plates and subjected to heat treatment to relieve stress.

9. Rotation direction: clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.

10. The extrusion molding part is equipped with a hydraulic oil-water cooling system to protect the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

11. The rotating device is driven by a servo motor, which has good control performance and high machining accuracy.

12. The extrusion part is designed with an automatic lubrication device for the pipe fittings.

13. Concentricity accuracy at both ends of the pipe fitting: 0.2mm.

14. Concentricity of mold seats at both ends of the machine tool: 0.05mm
