1、 Overview

The load management terminal simulation training system can simulate the application site environment, integrating multiple teaching and training functions such as manual meter reading, infrared meter reading, centralized meter reading, remote meter reading, and multifunctional meter reading. It has meter reading training, fault setting, and a device with complete examination functions. At the same time, the terminal master station software can train students on power control, electronic control, and remote control (switch status), and display various error codes of the current energy meter. At the same time, it can automatically determine the correctness of the wiring of the load terminal for students, improving training efficiency. Through software, various wiring errors of the metering circuit energy meter can be set, and trainees can be trained and assessed on metering wiring errors, with zero distance contact with the site.

The whole machine has advanced technology, safe and reliable performance and simple operation. The device has various leakage, electric shock, and overload protection functions to ensure the safety of teachers, students, and equipment. 1. Implementation of main station software functions

Set parameters for the terminal: set the meter parameters (communication protocol, meter reading date setting, etc.) and basic measurement point parameters for the terminal(TVTASet parameters such as variable ratio parameters, wiring methods, total sum group parameters, state input parameters, measurement point limit parameters, and pulse analog parameters.

Data collection function: Real time electric energy (electric energy meter data, electric energy pulses), daily frozen data, electric energy curves, and other items are collected and measured through electric energy meters and load terminals.

Load control function: It can activate and deactivate power generation and power control, issue alarm and trip commands, and control and deactivate purchased electricity. Operations such as fee reminders, alerts, and cancellations.

Data management function: Standardize the management of equipment (such as large customer metering equipment, on-site terminals), parameters, meter reading schemes, and other data, manage and query user data, customize queries and statistics.

Data transmission function: can communicate with terminals; Exchange information with the power marketing management system; Provide information to the power customer service system.

Event handling function: setting event attributes; Reporting and processing of important events and querying of event records

Demand side management and service support functions

Load analysis and electricity market demand forecasting; Customer information inquiry service; Implement orderly electricity usage plan and online monitoring of power quality. Teachers can simulate the on-site load operation status by selecting different energy load curves and automatically controlling the three-phase programmable virtual load source and three-phase unbalanced load box through system software. The simulated load curve can be adjusted once every minute.

4. Training on on-site measurement wiring error judgment skills

The device uses a computer to set up metering circuits for three-phase three wire or three-phase four wire energy meters, including voltage phase failure, current short circuit, current open circuit, voltage phase sequence misconnection, current phase sequence misconnection, current forward input metering elements, current reverse input metering elements, and other common on-site wiring errors. Train trainees on the ability to identify incorrect wiring and the ability to replenish battery life.

5. Secondary voltage drop test of transformer

Students can measure the voltage of the transformer under secondary load and no-load from the end of the meter, compare and judge the difference between the two voltages, and calculate the secondary voltage drop of the transformer to determine the impact of load on the secondary voltage drop of the transformer. Teachers can set different secondary pressure drop values through the adjustment knob on the device.

6. Line loss management and analysis

Trainees can determine the user's line loss situation through the measurement information and load control information of the meter, and propose solutions to reduce line loss based on the load curve and changes in line loss.

7. Anti electricity theft technology skills training

The typical electricity theft methods set include three-phase four wire and three-phase three wire: voltage phase interruption, current polarity reversal, current short circuit, current interruption, and other typical electricity theft methods. Let the students search and judge, and provide correct instructions for the connection method

8. Practical operational skills training for demand side management

Trainees observe changes in the user's electricity load curve and their electricity usage situation; Determine the load period and energy meter measurement faults, and control the load of user electricity consumption.
