The RP4030 probe has a built-in bias range of up to ± 30V, a low attenuation ratio of 1.2 times, and a DC input impedance of up to 50 k Ω. This technical specification allows engineers to directly set a bias equal to the DC voltage, allowing the DC signal to be displayed in the middle of the oscilloscope screen without the need for additional isolation devices. It can use a vertical sensitivity of up to 5mV/div to observe very small power ripple. The RP4030 has a bandwidth of 4GHz, which is twice that of similar products currently on the market. It works perfectly with the HDO9404 high-precision oscilloscope for power integrity testing. The RP4030 has a rich range of front-end and accessories, with a standard 36 "(914mm) SMA-MCX cable that can be connected to 4GHz MCX soldering front-end, 4GHz MCX PCB connection front-end, or 3GHz MCX-U.FL connection U.FL PCB test points, or optional point testing front-end. The high bandwidth, small volume soldering front-end and U.FL PCB connection front-end (3mm x 3mm) are the optimal choices for detecting mobile handheld systems with limited space. For other different tests, you can also choose to purchase other accessories.
