Under normal circumstances, the insulation oil and organic insulation materials in transformer oil electrical equipment will gradually age and produce small amounts of various molecular hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide gas, carbon dioxide and other gases under the action of heat and electricity. Most of these gases will melt into the oil.
The composition and content of the faulty gas are closely related to the severity of the fault. Therefore, using this portable transformer oil gas chromatography to analyze gases dissolved in oil can detect potential faults inside the equipment as early as possible and grasp the occurrence of faults at any time, so as to promptly handle and eliminate faults and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
This instrument can analyze and monitor seven types of fault gases in transformer oil: (H2/CO/CO2/CH4/C2H6/C2H4/C2H2)
