Product features:
1. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) compression equipment has excellent physical and chemical properties and is widely used in industries such as national defense, chemical, pharmaceutical, machinery, and electronics.
2. After adding extrusion aids to the PTFE resin, it is pre pressed into a green body and forcefully passed through a tapered mold to obtain a uniformly arranged fibrous object. The process of sintering and forming is called push molding or paste extrusion molding.
3. Pushing production line is a specialized equipment for completing the above process. The production line usually includes plastic mixer, pre press machine, pushing machine, sintering furnace, winding device, etc. Pushing machine is a key equipment in the production line, and currently there are two forms of pushing machines used: mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission.
4. The pushing speed of the mechanical transmission type pusher is basically constant and can be used for multiple purposes, but when overloaded, the equipment is prone to mechanical failure; Hydraulic press machine, after adjusting the regulating valve, the pressure is basically constant, and the pushing speed is first fast and then slow. Usage principle:
1. Powered by a 2kw motor and reduced by a belt, worm gear, and worm gear, with a speed ratio of approximately 700, it drives the wide mouthed bottles to be mixed to rotate in a vertical plane. 2-6 wide mouthed bottles with a volume of 2L are symmetrically and uniformly fixed in the vertical plane, with a rotation speed of approximately 15

2. The particles of polytetrafluoroethylene resin are extremely small, about 0.2-0.4mm. However, due to the aggregation of many small particles, the actual particle size formed is about 500mm. It is best to place the powder in a dry place at 10-20C. If the powder has already formed lumps before mixing with the extrusion aid, it must be sieved through a 10 mesh sieve first.
3. Put the powder into a clean and dry wide mouthed bottle, not exceeding two-thirds of the bottle volume. Add the extrusion aid according to the prescribed ratio, cover the lid tightly, and place it on the mixer. Roll the mixture for about 20 minutes and store it at room temperature for about 24 hours.
4. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the mold, and on both sides of the mold are electromagnetic vibration feeders. The lower part is fixed to the machine base. The hydraulic actuator cylinder is fixed to the upper plate of the interaction table by screws, and the lower machine base box is installed with a specific mold. Electromagnetic vibration feeding machines are installed in the left and right side boxes of the upper part of the interaction table, forming a vertical pushing machine.
