■ Product Usage
The XRD polarized micro melting point analyzer is specially developed for materials science, biochemistry, metallurgy, organic chemistry, polymer and nanomaterial science. Used in conjunction with optical or electron microscopes to observe and record the state and various changes during the melting, sublimation, and crystallization processes at the microscopic level. It adopts humanized "fool" design, with high degree of automation, simple operation, advanced technology, excellent performance, novel and reliable structure.

■ Instrument features:
The unique entity seamless thermal structure has fast thermal conductivity, uniform temperature, no oxidation of the heat source, long service life, small size, high power, low energy consumption, rapid heating, and can withstand long-term high temperature continuous uninterrupted operation.
☆ Unique thermodynamic insulation design effectively isolates high and low temperature zones. When the high temperature stage reaches 400 ℃, its outer body can be safely held without burning hands, and there is no need for water cooling!

The use of a constant temperature workbench
The constant temperature worktable is composed of a precision temperature controller and a load constant temperature worktable, which are connected by a 5-core cable socket. The load constant temperature worktable is placed on the optical or electron microscope stage.
A、 display
The display window of the precision temperature controller consists of four sets of numbers and text (in English) arranged in two rows above and below.
Upper row: Measurement display group. If "gau 380" is displayed, it means that the current real-time measured actual temperature is 380 ℃
Bottom row: Set the display group, for example, "set 400" means that the current set target temperature is 400 ℃
B、 Temperature setting button: Observe the setting display group: "set X X X" Rotate this button at the same time to change the target temperature. The temperature setting can be changed as needed in any situation.
C、 Heating speed setting button: used to change the heating speed. When set to MAX position, the system heats up at its maximum capacity, and the time temperature curve is a natural logarithm curve. It only takes about 30 seconds for the room temperature to rise to 100 ℃. When placed at 36 S/℃, it means that the temperature rises by 1 ℃ every 36 seconds, that is, when the temperature rises by 100 ℃ every hour and is set within the range of 1-36 seconds/℃, the heating rate remains uniform and consistent throughout the temperature range of room temperature to 400 degrees Celsius. The time temperature function graph is an ideal straight line, and adjusting the heating rate only changes its slope. The heating rate can be changed at any time as needed during work. (After using the "MAX" maximum heating rate, the "heating rate setting" function is cancelled, and the heating rate cannot be set again. If you must change the heating rate, you can first set the heating rate to 1 second/℃ or more, turn off the machine for 5 seconds, and then turn it on again.)
D、 The "Instant Constant Temperature" button AN is a cycling button. When this button is pressed at any time during the heating process, the corresponding yellow "Instant Constant Temperature" indicator light will turn on, and the system will immediately stop heating and maintain a constant temperature at the instant temperature when this button is pressed. After pressing again, the corresponding yellow "instant constant temperature" indicator light goes out, which means the "instant constant temperature" is released, and the system continues to heat up according to the original target temperature and speed. When the yellow "instant constant temperature" indicator light is turned on and in the illuminated state, the system maintains a constant temperature slightly higher than room temperature. To start heating up, please touch "AN". After the corresponding yellow "instant constant temperature" indicator light goes out, the system will start heating up according to the agreed program. (After using the "MAX" maximum speed, the "instant constant temperature" function will automatically cancel. If you must use this function, you can first set the heating speed to 1 second/℃ or more, turn off the machine for 5 seconds, and then turn it on again.)
